Editorial policy
Bright Balanced Living aims to make considered, readable material about personal balance. We value accuracy, independence and a clear distinction between editorial work and material created with partners.
Accuracy and care
We check claims against suitable sources and make clear when a point is an interpretation rather than a settled fact. Our coverage focuses on general reflection and everyday choices; it does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or promise a particular outcome. If a subject calls for professional support, readers should seek advice suited to their circumstances.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for their relevance to readers, not to secure a partnership. A commercial relationship does not guarantee coverage, a favourable view or control over our editorial conclusions. We consider proposed topics on their merits and keep editorial judgement distinct from business arrangements.
Corrections
If you spot an error, contact us through the Contact page with the article and the detail in question. We review correction requests and, when a change is warranted, update the affected material and explain the correction where appropriate. We distinguish a factual correction from a difference of opinion.
Partner material and illustrations
Material produced through a paid or other commercial partnership is clearly labelled so readers can tell how it was made. Partner placements are identified as such, and they do not imply editorial endorsement. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; when used, they are identified, and they are not presented as documentary evidence.
Balance is a practice, not a perfect pose.
There is no single template for a well-shaped day. We look at small choices, useful questions and room to adjust when life changes.
