Write for us
Bright Balanced Living welcomes carefully considered pitches about attention, boundaries, connection, rest and the rhythms of ordinary life. We look for specific angles that help readers think afresh, without claiming that one routine fits everyone.
What to pitch
Propose an original essay, explanation, comparison or reported idea connected to personal balance. A strong pitch names its central question, the particular angle it would take and what a reader might understand differently afterward. Prefer a defined subject to a broad promise to improve every part of life.
A clear, careful approach
We value lively, precise writing that respects different circumstances and avoids grand guarantees. Explain the basis for important factual claims, distinguish experience from general evidence, and take care with topics touching on health or wellbeing. We do not seek disguised product promotion or advice presented as a universal fix.
How to send a proposal
Send your proposal through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Include a working title, a short outline, the intended reader and a little relevant background about your approach. Do not send confidential material. A pitch is a proposal, not a promise of publication.
Balance is a practice, not a perfect pose.
There is no single template for a well-shaped day. We look at small choices, useful questions and room to adjust when life changes.
